How to fit seat belts?

My '70 C10 does not seem to make any provision for seat belts.

I wish to fit 3-point retractable belts to my truck.

Any pointers on how to do so? I'm particularly puzzled by how to mount the shoulder points.

.
You should have the shoulder belt anchors there in your pillars behind the driver and passenger. Usually they are plugged with little plastic plugs that can be pulled out easily revealing a female threaded anchor point.

It's possible some PO has managed to hide them or even do away with them via body putty I suppose?

This is GREAT news!! My truck has a roof lining installed which comes all the way down the B-pillars. I do hope they are hidden behind the lining. My truck was built here in South Africa though... I'll pull the lining loose to have a look, thanks!

Re: How to fit seat belts?

I found all the mounting points in the cabin, plugged with some rubber/plastic plug. In the end, it was quite easy to install the seat belts.
