Based on the attached picture. Can someone please tell me where the following items need to be wired to.

The AC wiring is powered off the CIG terminal on the fuse panel and the accessory part of the panel powers the heater fan which only involves changing the 10 amp fuse to a 25 amp.
The tach is a separate harness with key on power from the switch or the IGN UNfused terminal on the fuse panel and the tach wire from the distributor. Here is a manual hookup of the tach showing the red power wire connecting with the hot fuel gauge, temp gauge power, on the cluster. The white and green wires are the distributor and ground wires for the tach. The shift light was powered by a fiber optic cable from the cluster gauge instrument light socket to the back topside of the steering column to the shift indicator. Here is a picture of the fiber optic cable in the instrument light socket next to the speedometer.

Does CIG power the AC and then you plug in the actual cigarette lighter power supply to the end of the AC harness

Tack can be wired anywhere you have 12 volts with key in run.

Study the two diagrams in my first post, they are the same but the second is wire colored to help.
You will see that the orange wire plugs into the fuse panel on the CIG terminal. It runs to the AC power relay located under the dash. This relay powers the blower fan switch through the resistor which gives the fan switch it's speeds. The AC harness is not included in the trucks without AC. You will have to buy one or make your own, along with the relay, resistor and the fan switch. The circled terminal you have in red is the dome switch connection next to the fuel gauge terminal. Right side middle. check these two pictures. The first is a picture of the fuse panel and the second is a diagram of the panel. It is clearer if you can enlarge it a little bit. I think the light you asked about is in the diagram in the first post shown by a blue wire from the fuse panel to the heater/AC panel.

I don’t know why this is so difficult for me. I’m almost there but not really sure if what I have is correct. Let me try and do a better recap.
Radio - works, plugged into radio post Lighter - works, plugged into cig post but it is the type of lighter that has a light bulb (green wire) this is not currently plugged into anything All gauges work except the tilt column light. This is currently not plugged into anything. Also I cannot control the dome light through the light switch. It only works when I open the door. AC - as far as I can tell it seems to be working but I need to double check the fan switch Orange wire is not plugged in. Not sure if that is dome light related or AC related In the picture I have a circle with an arrow. What plugs into that post. With all the accessories I’m sure I will have t double up. I just what to make sure I’m connecting to the correct locations shown in post number one |
