Sod, I bought some stuff from this guy recently, and I think he's got a family member "guessing" at values based on what I learned, so I got some parts way less expensive by messaging him. Now, you already know you are going to pay a war pension for NOS vs the perfect and identical reproductions, so I'd make him an offer of say 300 or something and see if he bites or at least ask what the least he'd take is

Any NOS sail panels floating around out there?

Hey Sodly . How you been ? I went out to the sail panel tree . Probably won't bloom till spring and usually the frost gets it. Small crop. Throw the guy on ebay an offer . Often times if it has been there a while they will let it go at a reduced price. You may have your best luck at buying a pair from someone and then selling off the one you do not want. Will have a hard time getting some one to split a pair of NOS. Most end up on ebay for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Still keeping an eye out for a NOS drivers side. A NOS passenger side fell in my lap some time ago so I'm hoping a drivers side will too one day.
