Need a little help with 1970 Turn signal mounting

Just put the new grille in my truck. I do not have the original to see how these turn signal/driving lights are mounted into the grille. Each light has 4 holes, as does the grille in those locations, but all 4 won't line up at one time-not even close. Also, can't seem to make it appear as though the lens covers will go on unless only the bottom two holes are lined up. Any pictures would be greatly appreciated.
