Re: Mar-k

You can buy Mar-K parts thru Summit and get free shipping , Mar-K shipping costs can be high compared to free . and Summit price matches so it can work out that buying thru Summit is actually less expensive .

Re: Mar-k

Check with Brothers. They had a 20% discount. Not free shipping but the way they are packed from MarK in a wooden crate you can see it's not cheap to ship.

Re: Mar-k

I ordered two upper long bed mouldings from summit. They charged me $15 due to oversized. Mar-k wanted more than the list price of one moulding to ship both. No brainer for me. And it was drop shipped

Re: Mar-k

It looks like Mar-K raised their prices in the last few days to match the prices Summit has advertised . Last week their price on a set of wood bed cross sills was $26.00 less than Summit , Now they are the same price .

Re: Mar-k

Wow, they've really jacked the price on that stuff.

I bought kit 103136 for a short bed in 2018 and I waited for one of their "holiday" discounts. Pretty sure I only paid $7-750 total with shipping and I remember thinking that was expensive.

Now I feel dumb for cutting a set up.

It's seriously worth the $ though, best looking aftermarket kit out there.

Yeah , I've seen it up close before and it's nice , I should have bought it 2 years ago It's the last thing I'll be installing for sure and at this point what's another $1,000.00 ?

Re: Mar-k

When I first started looking into buying a set, I'm pretty sure it was "only" $6-650. That was a loooong time ago though. It went up about $100 before I finally bought a set.

I had to buy extra cab corners to create my "stepside kit". With shipping I think I paid $160 for just two extra cab corners

LMC has their set listed at almost a grand as well, but I'm pretty sure it's not the Mar-K stuff???

It's soooooooooooooo worth it though. It really changes the look of a truck. So far, I think I have the only stepside bed I've ever seen with trim on it. On stepsides, GM only ever put the trim on the cab, doors, and front fenders
