Trade -- Worth It?

There is a 54 Chevrolet pickup short wheel base in my grandpa's junkyard. It used to be a project of mine long ago after i sold my first car (back when I was 13 or so ). I was wondering if it would be worth trading the 89 s10 2.5 5 speed I have, for it. We had the title to it long ago, and put it up...but now cant find it. So I would have to go thru the headache of putting up with the usual DMV It has been wrecked once before and dented the front of the cab where the drivers side fender meets. Other then that it isnt too bad body wise, just needs sanding really good. It has the 3 speed tranny, but no engine. The back glass must have been busted out before we bought it because somebody put plexiglass in its place . The windsheild, however, is in excelent condition (previous owner said he had just put it in and cost him $300). Rest of the glasses are still there, and in fair shape. Its a regular cab. I might also get him to throw a 235 inline 6 (out of a 58 school bus) in with the trade. Its suppost to run, but I havent tried to start it yet. Id really be pushing my luck, but he may let me get a 54 5 window GMC (pretty bad shape), and another 235 inline 6 out of a 56 4400 series just to get it out of his yard and make a little more room.

Here is the s10 im talking about trading him..not much.

Good point, but I dont see gas prices going down anytime soon..so Id be driving the s10 for a LONG time, if I kept it for that reason only. Actually the 235 in my truck doesnt get that bad of gas mileage. Its about the same area as the s10 to be honest.
