Air Condenser box and blower motor removal
I'm looking for some tips and tricks for removing the AC condenser black shroud / box and blower motor. I've removed the actual condenser and the left side of the black box. But I'm afraid there are bolts underneath that are hiding... any hints on getting that sucker out?
I'm going to but a AC delete plate over the firewall holes and eventually install vintage air. In the mean time I'm trying to clean up the engine bay. Do I need to remove the passenger wheel well? Gracias, Fred

If you've got a really skinny friend or a young kid who's into turning wrenches I think you can get to them. I'm neither of those, so I think it's easier to just pull the fender. You might be able to access them from underneath the engine bay and going in from the bottom right side of your picture to underneath your blower box. Maybe it's different on an AC truck, but on mine I was able to get it off without pulling the fender

It has been a long time but I think removing inner fender/wheel well will give enough room for Blower motor. Might need the hinge also?

Since I'm not replacing any of the parts, I may just start cutting...

Inner fender and hood spring bracket has to come out to get it out. The inner fender take the cab side bolts loose and should give enough room to reach the bolts in the bottom. Hood hinge has to be took off fender and slide forward enough to get the fan out.

Inner fender yes not the hood hinge. just remove back bolt loosen front one and rotate hinge to clear. snug up the one bolt. It will stay in place till you put it back but don't shut hood.
