Got the seat broke down and found a box for it. Looks like shipping to CA is around $150 so should be a little less elsewhere.
Asking $350 plus shipping. Decent shape, comes as pictured. Buyer will cover shipping costs.

is this a two person seat? would this work as a suburban center seat. I can fab up anything to mount it not worried on that just length. want to make sure it could be walked past inside burb to back or back to front

Yes, this would be correct for suburban short 2nd row seat. Seat brackets won't work but I have the correct ones and will trade you if you end up purchasing the seat.
