So do the straps attach to the back seat armrests? I'm hoping to get one this summer.

Also, how do you find it drives with the bigger tires? Does it wander?

Re: Before and After

Man.....what an awesome transformation! You did a great job on that!

Must have been a great time in Pigeon Forge running around with the three of them together.

My '72 is not quite there, but getting really close. I drive it most every day now, and it gets compliments everywhere I go.

I've completely rebuild the entire drivetrain, and painted the front end (while it was off). Just about completed the interior, and will complete the door and bed paint in a few months.

Again, what a great transformation on your Blazer!

Re: Before and After

My stock 72 Jimmy / medium bronze.

Getting ready to update with:

- front/rear Hickey axle trusses
- 9.50/33/15 old stock BFG's on 8x15 stock white steel wheels
- 3 to 4" lift / have not yet picked out
- has interior spare tire carrier but may use a Hickey / Valley swing gate
- front original tow hooks / not extreme bend
- old stock white in color BEST TOP soft top
- Hickey roll bar

I'll update with AFTER pic when done.

Is it just the angle or did you swap your grill?
