rear end and Engine numbers

Can anyone tell me what rear end I have based on the numbers. I am not having much luck online or in the many articles I have found so far.
I believe it is the eaton rear end not sure which one. thank you.

Also the only numbers I can find on my engine are up on the drivers side above my headers. I do not know what these numbers are either. Can someone tell me where all the other numbers are. I had to clean them off a little and they were tough to get to I believe these are all the right numbers though.
