There is a guy who makes these parts with original tooling, including the P/N.
Cant remember his name but I've talked to him, super nice guy. And he sells super quality parts.
If I were you I would contact him and tell him what you need, he may split up a set ….. if that would fit your needs.

Maybe someone will chime in with his name, he sells on Ebay under seller name 'horsepowerproducts'. Great to do business with.

Hey Dave, Seth is his name. send me a pm and I'll give you his cell. Theses headliner trims are probably nicer than GM nos. I have not seen them in person but I trust him a lot. He has bought a few GM molds and makes great parts that fit like original. a1

Seth is the original owner of Golden State parts, CA. I checked with him a while back. He doesn't manufacture them, but he did check with the producers and they don't sell pieces.

The NOS piece I'm looking for is the drivers side rear section. I imagine that one got busted quite a bit in these rough riding trucks.
