Don't think so, I believe RPO 417 was one of the first PCV on trucks back in 1953, agree though that air cleaner looks like the one on my 1962 261 inline 6 engine, and yes it does have an attachment tube on the air cleaner. I believe I still have it if the OP wants it for his. Will ad this air cleaner with the nipple on the air bath cover did come from a 2 ton truck.
