Dad's 78 step
Probably should do this here instead of sprinkling them all over.
Dad's 1978 Silverado step Bought new, turned into a desert pre runner to support the jeep racing. Had a turbocharged 350-th400 sold when California did away with the leaded high octane pump gas.

Anyways the frame was a total wreck. The usual steering box cracks. The rail was almost broken in two by the crossmember and the crossmember itself cracked up bad.
Pre-running or high school not sure what was tougher on it.
