My ‘51 3100 has a 9” rear with the Explorer parking brakes. I used Lokar cables from the rear end to one of these:

Then I put a standard AC Delco park brake pedal under the dash on the left kick panel:

Control Cables made me a cable with the right ends to connect the pedal to the junction bracket. Works fine and the pedal tucks up under the dash.
