Thumbs up Re: Pros cons on complete AC systems

If you have all the factory AC stuff go back with it. All you need is a few parts to go to 134-A.

If you do the factory AC right and have it charged up right you can have 134-A in it and it will work just fine. But you will need to swap some parts out. Here is my old 305 motor with stock looking AC with modern guts. It blows 38* air on low. It's running 134-A. Good air flow through the radiator and good fans make a big difference in AC performance.
Making sure the hot water is closed when AC is running makes a big difference in cab temperatures.
Keeping the air flow on the condenser, there are many small things that help get the cab cool.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
