That is quite the find, and a nice looker that will church up nicely.

The hood maybe a good candidate for the clr clean, and will leave the patina. Just removes the rust.

I had a chance to buy a fully optioned C10 with 454, and the Big10 a few years back. But it looked alot like that truck, but green/green instead

yea... plan on a good clean up and detail then new interior. looking for an original factory black hood to replace the bent one. thank you for the complement.

I don't think the sports had side trim. It would conflict with the stripes.

I think the paper you posted states stepside. I personally saw a black and a orange truck with the white stripes they talk about. If you can find a pic they followed the body lines of the stepside.
