At least you didn't make the same mistake that I did I just got my repop shroud on Friday, but I didn't even think about the screws. Unfortunately, I don't know what size they are

Re: Vintage air sure fit kit 941164 condenser mounting question on a 66

Ive got the fan shroud now and Im lining it up with the radiator side brace and it looks like a 1/4"-20 fits but not in all of the 3 holes. Some holes look like a sheetmetal screw is supposed to go into it. Im not sure about the length of the screw needed to clear the fan blade and also to accommodate the seal that get stapled on that I guess will take up some space. Since the bracket has only 1 one of holes and the shroud has 2 it looks like the outermost on is the one to mount it up with.

Mine mounts with the inboard holes as seen in post #13 and I used hex head screws for all. Edit: just double checked your pic and you got it in the same ones as me. I guess inboard vs. outboard is a matter of ones pespective anyhow.

Looking back at you pictures helps me out thanks! The seal I had thought would be in between the plastic of the shroud and metal plate. I would have been redoing it.

Also those 2 indented tab looking spots on the bracket panel I wondered about.
