Damn blazer emblem's...

All I wanted to do today was put on my blazer fender emblem's but it could never be that easy .... 1ST I tried to just remove the inner fender to reach the bolt's no such luck... So I ened up tearing the whole front clip off the passenger side jusy to replace the emblem... As soon as the fender was off is when i started to run into problem's the whole core support was cracked and the lower hinge plate was gone.... Here are a few pic's of what I got done hope to get the driver's side done teusday...

Lot of work, but you gotta have the K5 emblems - they are my favorites by far. Good to get that repair done too.

I've got to put the emblems on my '69. I tried the inner fender idea too, but gave up when my hand was too fat to fit!

I just got my first set of blazer emblems. What do you use to make them stay in? SuperGlue or Ducttape

Southern Rebel,
The blazer emblems have a "capture nut" that screws on the posts on the back of the emblem.

I would think you could get the captured nut in the help section of any auto part's store ,but you may have to visit an autobody paint store to get em..
