That's an '87, because you can see the Fuel Injection emblem on the tailgate

I was second shift. I had "Radar", "Banana", Garfield (his real name) and "Rick". I'll be darned if I can remember the other guys' names.

I had about 36 guys to cover 29 production operations.

These assembly line pics are difficult to locate. Same ones are often recycled.

The above are new (I haven't seen them before) but the bottom one is the Line 1 paint shop and is posted on the '73-87 site.

Would like to find a stockpile of these assembly line pics, as they are really neat.

Understand this was prior to cell phones, so cameras everywhere wasn’t common, but there has to be more out there.
