Windshield with sunshade band. pics?
The local glass shop has a windshield in stock that has the shaded band across the top. I can get it cheaper because it's been there a while. Anyone have one on their truck? Pictures?

Originally didn't want the band but now having it I like that I don't have to lower my visor as much. My visors are very stiff and difficult to rotate with one hand while driving.

Got it back from the auto glass shop. The shade band doesn't come down too far for me to see under it during normal driving. The (older) guys had no problem with the install. They got me to bring the gasket and trim down ahead of time and installed it to give time for it to conform.

I didn’t want the band either, but it was all the glass shop could get. Now that it’s installed I don’t mind it at all. The roof overhang on these trucks casts a shadow that makes it harder to notice.
