Hey everyone. I just wanted you all to know that today I saw a '72 Cheyenne Super. It was a very original unmolested truck, and it had a Super emblem right under the Cheyenne!!!

Way back before I knew half this stuff about what was done what year and what did or did not come on a truck. This emblem was mounted lower on the fender near the body line. It was the three numbers 3, 9, and 6 kind of jumbled, like the '70s Jimmy emblems, and the numbers were painted red, white, and blue. I've kept my mouth shut about it until now. I am now 99.999% sure it was one-off since I've never seen another. But I really did see it!!! (I think?) ![]()
