DMI bumper... towing... with lift??

During this past month I have lifted my 84 K20 4" and put on 35x12.50s. But now I'd like to tow my trailer and it sets at a decent slope. The truck has a DMI bumper / hitch... the kind where the tongue pulls out and swivels side to side. Problem is, I don't know of any drop drawbars for this setup. I'd hate to have to take that bumper off and put on a factory bumper w/ Reese hitch. Anyone got ideas for me?

Don't know what a DMI is but I don't tow any trailer with lifted K5's that weight more then 2500lb. I had my Cargo trailer start wagging my lifted 75 at 70mpg and it damn near put the truck on it's lid.
Soft suspension, tall side walls, short wheel base big drop draw bars is REALLLLLLLLYYYYYYYY bad combo for towing.

Thats why i'm putting my 85 K10 shortbed back down on stock springs because I use it a lot to tow stuff, even a whole samurai and I don't want issues while towing it.

Do you have a actual hitch or just a bumper? I would invest in a real hitch personally and you can get a big drop ball mount to whatever height you need for the trailer to sit normal.

I'll probably never tow more than 2000 lbs. At the moment I just have a small 5x7 utility trailer that fits one four wheeler. In the future I plan on buying a 16' tandem axle trailer, but that'll be awhile. On this bumper - it is the hitch. It's like a one piece unit. I will take a couple pics and post them up here in a little bit....

so is it receiver style hitch? Like a 2" receiver that the ball mount slides into? If so I would get one of those adjustable receivers that will drop up to 8" or something, thats what I was planning on getting for my truck, but i'm going to "un-lift mine" hehe.

Nope, not a receiver style hitch (wish it was!!). Here's a picture... since my descriptions aren't the greatest.

I am running a A-Car Universal Class III reciever that came with a adjustable draw bar that has a max 6 inches of drop, Picked it up at Sams a couple years ago for $90.
