Cut wires

Does anybody know where these wires go? Its red, blue, black, and a splice off the brown and white.
They go to some relay inside the cab. Here is some pics to clarify.

Ooops I seem to can't put any pics in here. Anyway I can e-mail someone pics if they need it.

These wires goes through the firewall separete from thr regular harness. Its a 72 c10.

Any help would be apriciated.

Thanks, Adrian

I'm gonna watch a movie, be back in a little while

If the wires are separate from the main harness and hook to a relay inside, then my guess is that it is part of the vacuum advance timing control. The system was set up to keep the vacuum advance from functioning until the engine temperature was at normal and the transmission was in high gear. It was labeled as a TSC system (transmission spark control).

Yeah your right Jim.
After looking in the service manual again, this time the emission, I seen a diagram of the "time delay relay" right above the horn relay.
Funny thing about this it dosn't have this thing listed in the wiring diagrams.

So I guess its safe too wrap them up and stick them out of the way and use them for other purposes later on.

That's a relay for the TCS system.
It's emissions stuff.
Sometimes it was mounted there, sometimes they mounted it in the engine bay on the firewall.
Most likely a P/O got rid of it a long time ago.
