Is this off of our trucks?

Cleaning out the shop (again ha!), and I have this shift arm. It had a later model knob on it, but the fit looked off. So maybe this is off of our years trucks?

Re: Is this off of our trucks?

Ok thanks, I better not toss it then since I have two piles of parts, both could become 71 and 72 4x4's

Re: Is this off of our trucks?

Yes it is, it's off my truck. Please send it home I can't wait to see the day project "Pile of Parts" comes together. 71/72 NP205. Why 71/72? Larger pivot bolt hole

Haha Tim, you know me better than that. Most likely outcome is they will stay piles until I get rid of them or I croak, in which case my honey will give them away to whomever gets em outta her sight first

Re: Is this off of our trucks?

I know who that would be. But sorry, I think you are wrong. I think you'll gitter dun. I've done no more than you, actually less (Unibody Ford?), and I still believe my stall in building is only momentary. I've put quite a few trucks together in the past, I look to the future for getting my two done with great optimism

If I was going to be a smarterass, I would have answered the question in your title with, "Yes, it is off our trucks. When they are on our trucks they are sticking up through the center hump".... Ah Jeez, I apologize for that (hands head, hands in pockets, kicks pebble. walks away)

Re: Is this off of our trucks?

definatly off one of our trucks. I just saw mine yesterday laying loose in the shed. If I can find the bolt it will make it back in the truck one of these days.
