Yes, that sure does look like a van or motorhome tilt, and that's the switch for those.
Get a pic of the plug-in end of that switch. You will have to disassemble the top of the column to replace the switch. May as well replace the turn signal switch, indicator bulb, and pointer while you have it apart.
