1968 K10 - Grab Handle Ideas?

Now that I have a lift and tires on my K10, I am looking for some ideas for grab handles to assist in climbing up in the truck. I am looking for something that looks period correct that mounts on the A pillar on the inside. Anybody run across anything looks right and works?

Thanks - Farrell
