4 - White (gauges)
2 - Green (turn lights) or is getting a green LED not really required?
1 - Blue (high beams) or is getting a blue LED not really required?

Perhaps I should not get "4 point/SMD" for Turns/High Beam indicators?

No Reds since I have gauges for temp, oil, amps???

Does the Gear selector have a light? I cannot seem to recall. NM, its some fiber wire thing for non-tilt columns.

What are the bulb type number in the stock Heater/AC controls?
The blue light your wanting for you high beams is going to make it purple as the high bean spot has a red filter on it.

The gear selector is fiber optic and runs off one of the dash bulbs.

The heat/ac control is a 1895 bulb.

Thank you 72B - so just stay with a White is what you are recommending as the OEM filter will take care of the blue color? I'd assume that would be the same for the turns too?

I got the led's from this guy on Ebay https://www.ebay.com/usr/jtechnowcom...88.m1543.l2754

They aren't dimmable as most aren't. I did look at whiteguages.net but at the time I wasn't going to spend 20 bucks a bulb, I plan on changing the dash soon.

I would just put white behind them.

Re: Changing dash lights to LED's with stock gauges?

Again, thank you for your information. Yes, $20 per light is a bit much but the lights @ http://www.whitegauges.net/ are now $5.

Your information is very helpful, I think I'll get 4 of the 194-WHITE from whitegauges (dimmable). And '90 degree whites for the turns/high beam indicators (non-dimmable)

BTW, might you know if the inside dome light is also 1895 bulb?

I noticed they were 5 bucks now, figures lol.

This is the dome light I have in mine https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I have a clear lense cover and it's real bright.

Nice, glad I asked! While I am still noodling on this, this is what I think I'll be going with.

7 - Gauge Lighting: 194-WHITE from whitegauges (dimmable 6v~12v)
1 - Dome Light: DE3022 CAN Bus LED Bulb from superbrightleds.com
2 - Heater/AC: BA9SF-W-12VAC LED Landscape Light Bulb from superbrightleds.com

I will do, though I'm hoping to have the truck back in Oct or so... so it would be a while before I'll have results.
