I did see those clips, however, they are not for the 1963 Chevies. I’m not sure if my hubcaps are specifically 1963+.

I was also thinking a machine screw would deter a thief from just popping off the hubcap.

https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads...&Number=723557 Follow the links on this site it shows you how to use the 1/2 ton clips on 3/4 wheels. Also if you have a junk hubcap to cut up also helps place clips.
