Mine too. I think the Vortec Max trucks had them also.

Those covers came on a lot of trucks. The VortecMax, SS's and Cadillac Escalades all had them. They are usually found on LQ9s.

About a month ago, I picked up an high mile '02 Denali XL (LQ4) that has 3 piece covers as well.

You can still get them new from GM. Just bought some over the summer for my 1968 LS swap. My engine is an L33 with a TBSS intake. Fit just fine.
