motor mount issues

So I have a 1963 C10 with a inline 250 from a later year, where the mount attached to the block there are tree holes in a triangle shape, and three holes the for the bracket or mount, were there spacers behind the top center bolt? when I go to align all the bolts up the bottom 2 pull out the top or vice versa? I may be over complicating this but want to do it right the first time.
