Has anyone with a k20 recently replaced the rear emergency brake cable?

I am having the worst time trying to find the rear emergency brake cables for my '72 k20. The cables that the local parts stores have listed for a '72 don't measure the same length as my original. I have found a place where they can custom make them, but it is very pricey. Any suggestions or comments?????????

I found that my local Napa had the K20 but not the K10, you might try them. Or you can try: http://www.inlinetube.com/

Inline was slightly more than Napa.

I only need the rear section of the brake cable. The cable runs from the drum to right in front of a crossmember where it connects to the intermediate cable. The rear cable that I have measures 47" in total length.
