Working on the gas tank.
Used a 1987 Jeep Wrangler tank. 15 galllon 1987 S10 Blazer sending unit (20 gallon tank)- Spectra Premium FG03B.. Cut the tabs to get it to rotate so the float would clear the baffle. Fuel pump- AC Delco EP381 Straps- Spectra Premium ST01 |

Re: "Strapped For Cash"
Got the cab on. I need to cut the transmission tunnel. I know that a lot of guys haven't had to cut the tunnel but I raised my transmission to get the right angle.

Re: "Strapped For Cash"
Some more pictures.. The last pictures shows my 69, parked out front.. waiting it's turn.
I managed to fit 20x10 all the way around, had to mess with the tire size to get them not to rub.. Looks pretty good, I think.... |

Re: "Strapped For Cash"
Heres the frame, before the body... I got rid of those stock upper control arms, I went with tubulars so I could run the 20x10 up front without rubbing issues.

I wanted to make sure that the rust was all gone and that the paint would stick to the metal. The way to make sure this happens is to sandblast and powder coat. It was $350 to blast and coat the cab. Not too bad.

Re: "Strapped For Cash"
My brother sold the truck, he probably drove it a handful of times.. He was able to get around $45K for it... Not too bad..
