Looks like it's brazed. Probably got the leak sealed though. Anyhow, new aluminum from Advanced adapters are probably only a couple hundred bucks, and they claim much stronger than original. Only thing to ask is the thread size for the shoulder bolt for the transfer shift lever. You may have to get a new pivot/shoulder bolt as well. Use the correct specified gasket and not RTV to seal when assembling(just in case you didn't already know).
