Here is my 67 C10.
One true option with that being the gauges. They listed the heater as an option in 67 as a marketing thing even though it was a standard feature so that doesn't count when comparing it to a 68-72 truck Notice there is no interior color listed just like the heater delete truck which should have had the model number line item listed as well.

Not sure what the "standard" color for exterior and interior trim, but I do recall seeing a truck listed that only had "Heater Delete" on the SPID. Less than standard equipment!
