KY Larger 81-87 front inner fenders

Hey im curious about these inner fenders, are they expanded taller to gain clearence? They look fairly stock but hard to tell.

Im also in Louisville.

I’ve included a side by side comparison picture. They are definitely larger in width and height. The picture is of the driver’s side factory inner fender and the stretched one. All of the factory bolt holes are in the same location.
