I think the two rear brackets va four relates to if seat was equipped with middle seatbelt on spid

Now, it is a possibility that the original owner removed the middle two brackets at some point, maybe when taking the seats out for hauling more gear...but it really doesn't seem like that actually makes it less work as it's still four bolts to remove from the floor? My gut tells me the answer to your question is "yes"???
