how much life, if any, in the canister? Or should it be assumed it needs to be refurbished in some way?

Though I hate to take the bracket, as I don't need it - just the canister.

I would assume it needs refurbished, but honestly I’m not too familiar with them. I would like to just sell the whole thing together.
