Re: K10 chassis from Roadster Shop- nice
It's nice, for sure. But way overpriced. There's probably ~$15K just in the Currie axles. I traded a few emails with one of their sales guys to see if they'd sell a stripped down version of it. Reply was no, package only. But also got a fair amount of uneducated baloney that nobody else's axles or link suspension would work with their chassis.

Re: K10 chassis from Roadster Shop- nice
It's a great time to be alive. 1000hp crate engines and modern re-engineered off the shelf chassis for classic cars.
For those who may be inclined to complain about the cost, just look at the price of a top spec new truck. It's easy to hit $100k for just another truck, which will likely be financed. If you think that a luxury barge new truck and a $100k chassis build customer are that much different, just consider that the average age of a new truck buyer is 55. |

Too bad davischevy didn’t have these available before he did his K10 chassis, Larry could have rolled one under his K10

Re: K10 chassis from Roadster Shop- nice
With that much money invested into that chassis, I'd have to locate a Plexiglas cab and bed just to show it off!

Re: K10 chassis from Roadster Shop- nice
Probably what I should do with this one, but I have the chassis built already.

![]() ![]() That chassis is impressive, but I like our trucks because of the simplicity. I will buy a driver K truck when the right one comes along. I've been driving my son in laws K10 the last couple of days. It is the perfect truck.
