Bend your own for a cleaner look.

Or, if you're feeling froggy, install -3AN braided stainless flex hoses to a bracket on the frame and connect the existing lines via bulkhead adapter fittings.

Not the same master/pv setup, but this is how I bent my lines. If I was more talented with a bender, I would've done 90 deg bends to the firewall, and ran them flush to the firewall.
