Wink Hinge suggestion

Hey guys and gals, Im looking for some information on different ways to hinge my wood bed. The two boards next to the bedsides will be fixed with the middle ones lifting. I need a hinge that will lift and move rearward as it raises to keep from hitting the front of the bed. I have made a cardboard prototype of a scissor hinge that will work but I’m looking for something ingenious and simple. I will add a picture of what I have so far tomorrow.

Re: Hinge suggestion

Ouch! This is why I’m asking the forum for other ideas. I have used the search but no one has gone into the specifics.

Re: Hinge suggestion

It looks like you are on the right track as your mock up hinges look real close to what LS Fab offers. Theirs do have LS Fab prices though. https://ls-fab.com/parts-accessories...cissor-hinges/
