I'll get my settlement by Tuesday. They uped the salvage price to $2.300. With the new appraisal amount. I'll get a $7.200 check. I'll still have a clean title as it is no longer considered totaled. I think I see how the hook gets set on the c10 addiction. I'm still going to get the 71 short bed. I'll start a new post on my build. With lots of pictures. I'll start it today with a spid picture.

This is why you go with a company that understands classic vehicles. I have hagarty and a guaranteed value amount in the event my truck gets totaled and the premium is probably pretty close to what you would pay for a State Farm or Geico policy that's going to use the straight up blue book value and try to screw you over when its time to pay up.

My Hagerty policy is $800 a year cheaper for my truck and my Camaro than Geico was. My truck was liability only with Geico. 10k and 25K agreed values thru Hagerty.
