In-Cab Gas Tank Question

I need to replace the stock in-cab gas tank in my 1970 C/10. I've heard good things about the Spectra brand but when I look it up on AutoZone or RockAuto, I see two different tanks for my truck. One with E.E.C and one without. My truck is originally from Texas and uses a vented gas cap.

Am I correct in assuming that I need the tank without the E.E.C.?

If you look at the sender where it sticks out of the tank, and it only has a suction hose for the fuel pump, you do not have the EEC system on your truck. A vented cap would be a clue, but not proof.

Not sure if it’s something you would want to do but I used vinegar to get my very rusty tank super clean and had about 10’ of chain I sloshed around to knock alll the loose stuff off. Drained and filtered every day for a week and it was good as new. Coated it with red cote motorcycle tank sealer
