I have two extras laying around. I'm not sure how well either works. If you'ld like I'll go scrounge out my two extra gauge clusters and pull the speedos. Do you need the cruise control box? I think only one is a cruise control speedo.

I have a speedo from a 81 w/ 48000+ miles on it. I used a drill and it is pretty smooth but doesn't have a cruise control box.
The other is from an 86 w/ 21000+ miles on it and is very smooth. It has a cruise control box on it. Visually they are identical. All I ask is that you pay shipping.
