Re: 69 SLED Finally To Paint and Body!
Question about a part -
I have been digging deep and have only found these gaskets at Classic Industries, but they are backordered and the guy had no idea when they'd get any. Does anyone know where I can get these gaskets for the brake/turn light housing -- AND for the reverse light housing. Not the lens gasket, but the soft one in between the housing and the suburban body. Thanks! |

Nope. I guess I would go to Hobby Lobby or a craft store and get a piece of that type of foam and make my own. LockDoc

Re: 69 SLED Finally To Paint and Body!
I had to make some taillight gaskets for a 68 Lemans last year and was able to get a piece of closed cell foam with adhesive on 1 side from McMaster Carr. It was about 12 bucks for a 30x50 inch piece.
