Any idea when did FMVSS start mandating cab lights on vehicles over a certain height or a width? I'm pretty surprised that that era truck does not have them.

One of my favorite Dodge photos. Makes you wonder why the other manufactures didn't keep the old cab styling a little longer.

Since no one has answered yet, I'm going to say by or somewhat before 1972. But maybe someone will jump in with the exact year it was implemented.
