I've never been a fan of headers.
If you have an exhaust expert build a set tuned to your engine then maybe. But since I don't know anybody like that, I stick with stock manifolds. Get a set of stock for your truck (4x4's are the center dump, straight down. 2wd's are angled) then go to heartthrob exhaust http://www.heartthrobexhaust.com/ and get the bolt on kit for your truck. That is what I run. I've never had an issue. Not one.
