Re: 72 chevy racers edge

Twilight Zone - I read hamjet's post and stumbled across this youtube video almost simultaneously. It's worth noting it can be built as a single axle long bed too.

Thumbs up Re: 72 chevy racers edge

I'd like it, I went ahead and ordered me one! I have a few of the old Jada trucks I may try and build one out of metal.
Thanks for the link sir.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: 72 chevy racers edge

I have a BOX full of models from when I was a kid, including some of my dad’s. This is one of those kits that will make me start building again!

Re: 72 chevy racers edge

I remember when you could get resin cast 67/68 hoods and grilles in 1/24th or 1/25th so you could back backdate a 69-72 kit.
