Wiring info needed on '85 with 350.
A friend of mine has a problem with his '85, and it seems to be somewhere in the wiring. He found one wire that had rubbed on the frame (I think he said it was the frame anyway), and another that had been spliced (repair) by the P.O. and was corroded almost through. Fixed both of these and still nothing. When you try the ignition, it dims the headlights a little, so it seems like there is enough power, but nothing at the starter. I freely admit I'm not anything near an electrical whiz, but I told him I would ask on here to see if anyone had a wiring diagram or helpful info. Thanks in advance for any info, LB.

male sure you have a good ground from the battery to the frame esp if you have painted or coated the frame it may not be making a good ground that would be where I would start anyways hope this helps Doc
