Does a 1966 c10 steering with an automatic have a thrust washer in the column?
I dont see in my bag of parts after removal of the steering wheel a washer like this. Here is Lugnutz pic from a 63 steering column install. Does an Automatic 66 have this part also? If so anyone know a part#?
I found this so far, not sure if it fits the c10 column i have though. https://www.mamotorworks.com/corvett...-washer-670407 Last edited by msg; 03-07-2021 at 01:57 PM. |

For an automatic column, that's all I've worked on, it does not.

Good to know you havent seen them in powerglides Val. I thought I misplaced another part from the tear down. It is odd though they have it listed in the assembly manual for a powerglide for a part to be "lubriplated". But then again they dont list that white plastic part that we both have in that column.
