the POR15 will not hold up against fluid leaks(brake or Power steering fluid and) it flakes off around the headers on the frame area.
I power wash mine, then hit it with a wire wheel , then OSPHO and soak for 24 hours then power wash again then use the brush on rustoleum rusty metal primer and then coat it with the rustoleum professional black . no issues. takes a few days for the paint to dry and harden no one is really going to see the frame and why spend a lot of money on it . other than rust protection.
